4. Rotate counterclockwise for 20 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, rotate clockwise for 20 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, then repeat .
5. Rotate clockwise for 10 minutes, rotate counterclockwise for 10 minutes for 3 hours, then repeat .
